JihoVault is a Markdown note app for iPhone and iPad, made by Jiho Lee. It is offered free of charge. Using it means accepting these terms.
JihoVault reads and writes files in storage that you own and connect yourself. The developer claims no rights over anything you write and has no access to it.
The app writes to your vault, and writing can go wrong — a connection can drop mid-save, a server can reject a request, a device can run out of room. Keep a backup of any vault that matters to you. The developer cannot restore lost files.
OneDrive, WebDAV servers, and iCloud Drive are run by other parties under their own terms. JihoVault only speaks to the service you point it at, and it is not responsible for outages, quota limits, or changes made by those services.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for lost data, lost profit, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the app.
Do not use JihoVault to break the law, to reach storage you are not allowed to reach, or to try to work around the security of a service you connect to.
These terms may change. The current text always sits on this page with its date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting the new text.
JihoVault 는 이지호가 만든 아이폰·아이패드용 마크다운 노트 앱이며 무료로 드립니다. 앱을 쓰시는 것은 이 약관에 동의하시는 것으로 봅니다.
JihoVault 는 사용자가 가진 저장소, 사용자가 직접 연결한 저장소의 파일을 읽고 씁니다. 만든 사람은 사용자가 쓴 글에 어떤 권리도 주장하지 않으며, 그 글에 닿을 수도 없습니다.
이 앱은 볼트에 글을 씁니다. 그리고 쓰는 일은 어긋날 수 있습니다. 저장하는 도중에 연결이 끊기기도 하고, 서버가 거절하기도 하고, 기기에 자리가 모자라기도 합니다. 소중한 볼트는 반드시 사본을 따로 두십시오. 만든 사람은 잃어버린 파일을 되살려 드릴 수 없습니다.
OneDrive, WebDAV 서버, iCloud Drive 는 다른 회사가 각자의 약관에 따라 운영합니다. JihoVault 는 사용자가 가리킨 곳과만 이야기하며, 그 서비스가 멈추거나 용량을 제한하거나 방식을 바꾸는 일에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
이 앱은 있는 그대로 드리며 어떤 보증도 하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 끝까지, 만든 사람은 앱을 쓰다가 생긴 자료 손실·수익 손실, 그 밖의 간접 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
법을 어기는 데에, 들어갈 권한이 없는 저장소에 닿는 데에, 연결한 서비스의 보안을 피해 가려는 데에 이 앱을 쓰지 마십시오.
이 약관은 바뀔 수 있습니다. 지금 살아 있는 글은 늘 이 페이지에 있고 맨 위에 날짜가 적혀 있습니다. 바뀐 뒤에도 앱을 계속 쓰시면 새 글에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.
